Processing of the stones of Israel

In previous post, we reported the coming of the stones from Israel. (see here)
Once this step done has been initiated, the processing thereof. This processing is to prepare the stones - the model known as taltishe 25x50cm - so they can be installed in all exterior walls of the Temple, through a method called "ventilated facade." For this, the stones will receive a cut in its top and bottom, allowing them to be embedded in a metal frame attached to, and receive a waterproof layer that will protect them throughout
their life (see photo) .

Among the benefits of this facade, we can highlight the ease of maintenance, because each stone can be removed individually, and provide great comfort thermal / acoustic due to the space that is created between the stones and the wall of the Temple.

This whole process will be developed in the shed near the work where the stones are stored. A specialist company has been hired only to prepare this work, which includes, besides the processing, the selection of stones and listing them in order to facilitate the application in the work.
Once again our concern for the environment can be proven by extracting the residual dust of this processing, which will be properly collected and will form the compound of the pieces we make the grout in geopolymer.
