Preparing the ground

During this week, among of the many fronts of work, activities were intensified
where we have the Memorial Building.

The first step was to excavate the site and posteriorly, the foundations have been
performed by the method continuous helix.
We are currently performing the demolition of the stakes to be
made the implementation of the blocks and beams of the foundations.
After this procedure, the sealing of those blocks and beams will be made and
then the release of the forms and the beginning of the superstructure (pillars,
beams and slabs).

Everything we will show step by step during all the construction phases, once the
camera position does not allow us to demonstrate the entire course in the LIVE LINK.

The Social Work in the Temple’s construction

Since the beginning of the activities in the Temple’s construction, safety and welfare of the
workers has been the priority, also the cleaning and organization of this working.

The purpose of all of it is to open the understanding of each one of the workers, as it reflects
directly into their social life. An example is the literacy program. We also know that this will
translate into quality of services performed by them.

Systematically, the construction company has been developing this work through the Daily Safety
Training and specific campaigns. Also, for each collaborator newly employed, integration to the
group is promoted.

Here are some of the social actions:
- Importance of the use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment);
- Campaign of the rational use of water;
- Prevention campaign against dengue fever;
- Tetanus vaccination campaign;
- Campaign for the prevention of STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) and alcoholism.
And do not stop there: we recently had a week of health. During this period, an overall health
assessment of the workers was conducted, such as:

- Evaluation of health status, lifestyle, socio-demographic characteristics, lifestyle habits and
presence of diseases;

- Measurement of blood pressure, weight, height, BMI (body mass index) and blood glucose test;
- Evaluation of dental care;
- Advice on healthy living and health conditions.
The result of this work produced a final health report for the builder with the diagnosis of all the
employees, facilitating the health planning investments of this Construction Work.

Building of the second part of the Water Tank

Simultaneously with the execution of the work of the Memorial Building, Cold Water Tanks have been manufactured, for later mounting to the work.

The main function of the water tanks is thermal storage that aims to store chilled water produced by the equipment of the air conditioning system during times of reduced activity of the enterprise (especially at night)
and be used in periods where
electricity is more expensive.
Last week, there was the mounting of the second part. For this last assembly of parts, due to the size of the piece and its height, a great planning was needed in order to minimize the welding work in the field.

During this week, the work on the water tanks is focused on welding and finishing, all with a strict quality control, in order to ensure its final stability and also sealing.
